1957 saw the introduction of the 283 engine and a Fuel Injected option which made it a significant Corvette to me. I do prefer the single headlight looks over the twin introduced in 1958.

My thoughts exactly; 57 for me.  I do love them both however.

1958 for me. The dashboard on the 58 through 62 is user friendly and easily read by the driver. I too like the dual headlights.

The total redo of the nose it what makes this stand out.  The 57 nose and grill still show the signs of the original 55.

I prefer the '58, the dual headlights, all the extra chrome. My favorite of the Gen 1.

As. Stated the 57 harked back to the original 55’ I prefer the bit more modern look with the dual headlamps.

It's the refined '57 for me. The '58 Corvette, like most of the GM lineup for that year is somewhat overdone.
