I love them both but prefer the styling of the 63 a bit more; especially the grille.
These are two of favorite Sixties Ford's! My a tiny margin I like the styling of the 1963 better. After a very disappointing 1961 Ford, the '62 was vastly improved, and then in '63 and '64 Ford knocked it out of the park. In '65 they would go south again for the rest of the decade in my opinion.

That's what makes this hobby so much fun: my favorite full size Ford of the Sixties is the 1965, followed by the 1961!

@ed-glorius, I agree with you about this great hobby. We all have different tastes in cars. One man's Beauty is another man's Beast.
My Dad owned a '65 Ford Custom 500 and my Uncle owned a '65 Ford LTD, and I remember just not being able to get past the "square" look to the car. And being honest, I'm probably influenced a little by the fact that in the later sixties, I drove my my Dad's '65 quite a bit, and in all my years of driving (any car) I've never been stranded more and had more trouble with a car. And then, in 1970 my Dad bought '65 Ford 2-door former police car, and that too, was not reliable. It would literally stop running at a stop sign and not start again.
I walked away from both of those '65's and never wanted to drive another Ford again. And I haven't.
