The quick fix to getting sand kicked in your face as I recall was to sign up for the Joe Weider body building regimen and in no time at all the tables would be turned and chicks would flock to your side. Lol.

@jack-dodds I recall that magazine ad too. Never knew anyone who signed up for the Joe Weider program, but I must say I was tempted to.
