Of these three, I prefer the 1966. While I liked the design of the 1962, when I drove it I found the edge distortion on the front windshield very difficult to live with.
1962, the pinnacle of full-size Oldsmobile styling. Of course, that's just MHO.
I love 'em all. But had to vote for the '62 Starfire. I had a Maroon 2-door hardtop, and it has forever been the favorite car I've ever owned.

'62 the only Oldsmobile I love the styling of.
I am so split between the 62 and 66. I voted 62 for its bold style. I love the other two, but in either year I'd be shopping Pontiac.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
I picked the '64 because it's closest to the Starfire I like best, which is the '63.

I like all three but picked the 66 with that nice “hip” over the rear wheel well.

62, 64, 66 in that order. The 62 is by far the best looking full size Olds of that decade.
None of them amaze me. But I would have to go with the 66, 64, 62
62. Owned two of them and loved them both except the Slim jim Hydramatic transmissions. The transmissions were reliable but the shift sequence was an annoyance.
I've got no idea of the relative merits of the different model years as driving machines, but purely on styling the '62 wins by miles (IMNSHO)

'62 and '64 tied for first, no interest in the '66.
