I went with a tie as they all pretty much look the same other than the grilles. Can't see the grille on the 62, but I did like the grille on the 61 better than the 63. But I still went with a tie for overall beauty.
1962 in front, the other two tie since they are so different.

The side trim on the '62 wins me over!

1962 followed by 1963, then 1961. Really, I like all of these.
They're all beautiful. I like the combination of interior and exterior better on the '62.

The '62 for me. It was the pinnacle of the trio for popular styling.
The gorgeous '62 Olds is by far the best looking one of that decade. The '61 is also a very nice looking car but the '63 IMHO looks a bit plain and squarish by comparison. I hope to see Goldvarg do this particular '62; it would be a smash success within that price range IMHO and would complement the station wagon they have done already. NO SKIRTS THOUGH PLEASE!
1) '62 2) '63 3) '61. The '62 is Oldsmobile's the crown jewel of the sixties. I was never fond of the '61's "pointy" fenders, but for '62 General Motors corrected that odd styling and gave us an Oldsmobile that was eye-catching from any direction you looked at it. Having owned two of them in my life-time, it has always been my favorite car I've owned.

I owned and restored a 61 and 62. Both were nice but the 61 was more distinctive IMO. I liked the grill and tail lights better.
62, 61, 63 are my choices in that order.
a first for me, a 3 way tie! Beautiful vehicles all, thanks John
'62 for me. The '61 was attractive, and the back end was interesting but I found the front end a little weak. The '63 just got a bit too sharp-edged and boxy for me. So the '62 is my favourite.
And just by way of paying my respects I have posted an account of building my own 1:43 version of the Starfire in the "Handicrafts" forum. (Yes, back on the "repackaging the greatest hits" trail again. Daft old sod. Just ignore him.)
