'41 followed very closely by the '49 while the '51 trails the pack by a far distance.

For me the 1941 really stands out. While I like the 1949 and 1951 for different reasons, neither stands out over the other to me. A tie for them.
I rarely pick a tie, but I love each of these for different reasons and I can't pick a favorite.

All three are spectacular. My favorite is the oldest, the '41, because it still has the strong influence of the classics of a decade earlier. The '49 was part of a styling trend that many buyers did not follow. The '51 is great but it just couldn't compete with Cadillacs OHV8, chrome, and those tailfins.
Here is a 1/43 model of one of the last Packard dream cars, the 1955 PACKARD REQUEST by Mini Marque. I wonder what reception this type of front on the '51 might have met. A good article on the Request may be found at https://macsmotorcitygarage.com/due-to-popular-demand-the-1955-packard-request/

John, to what you said above, I say DITTO! I was never a fan of the bulbous Hippo looking '49's and certainly even less a fan of the completely old looking '51, event though it was new styling. Packard didn't reach beauty status until 1955.

The '51 is more of the era I favor so it gets the nod. Then the '41 over the tubby '49.

I couldn't have said this better myself! Agree exactly with you, Jack!

My era too too guys, but I took the blinders off to get the big picture.
