1961 a clear winner for its size and its looks. 1959 next.

Retired in Dunedin, Florida.

They are all extremely beautiful wide-track Pontiacs. I had a neat 1/25 promo as a kid of the 1959 Pontiac coupe and I have a 1/18 Ertl diecast of the 1961 Bonneville. A gorgeous 1960 Pontiac used to be a regular at our local Riverside summer cruise nights.

@michaeldetorrice For me it’s a total tie, I would have each and every one for different reasons. For one of the most outrageous contemporary auto designs ever, and for a show/cruise car, the ‘59 easily. For one of the most handsome, understated, and well proportioned ever, the ‘61, tripower, 4 speed, and 8 lugs mandatory. The ‘60 for nostalgia (one of our family cars growing up), and also a clean beautiful design to my eyes. Great comparo John!

The clean, crisp lines of the '61 have always been a favorite of mine; it gets the nod.  The '59, although completely different in design is a very attractive close second.  The '60 is kind of plain looking in comparison but still a decent looking car.

The lean muscular look of the 61 is, to me, pure, refined and handsome! Sixty-One please. GREAT "which" today John!

I voted a tie. I like all three for different reason. But ranking and reason….. 1. 61 a fantastic modern looking shape. 2. 59 just nostalgia for the big beautifulness of its design 3 60. Nice sleek transition you can tell they were working on a style change

Pontiac the only GMC offering I love, that is '57 - '64 full-size and mid-size '65 - '67, my favorites being the '61 full & '66 mid.

'61 beautiful

'59 the only GMC offering I liked for '59

'60 super clean

61 is an easy choice for me. A well balanced design That has stood the test of time. The 59 was a disappointment to me after the beautiful 58s. The 60 is okay but nothing to write home about.

Another "Which One?" that shouts to me, "How fast can I type my answer?".

For me, THE 1959 is hands down the most attractive of the three!  Regulars here on the Lounge know that I'm a fan of GM's '59 line-up (with the exception of Cadillac, which was too overboard for me) and the '59 Pontiac is a "Work of Styling Art on Wheels".

To my eyes it was ripped of all its style for the '60 model year, and then for '61 the "curved up rear fenders and the ill-shapen top prevent me from being drawn to it.

SO '59 FOR ME KIDS!

@geno I'm a life long Pontiac lover too Geno.  What would you say is your favorite Pontiac of the 50s & 60s decades?  Maybe throw in your fave in the muscle and pony car segment as well!

Oh man Jack, I'd be happy with any OR all of those lol. I've had family members that have owned most of those models at one time or another and I enjoyed riding in every one of them. As far as favorites, I don't know that I can pick any in particular as I love so many of them. I know, sounds crazy huh?  I was quite fond of my '69 Grand Prix that I had owned since high school, until recently. In a weak moment I sold it back to the original owner. A move I've regretted ever since. Truthfully, I cried as I watched it roll down the street on that flatbed.😟

@geno A '69 GP is one ride you don't see very often anymore; it's a car I love.
