Both are lovely but I have always been a big fan of the '34 Ford nose, so it wins by that nose today.
Based on the wire wheels and slant-radiator grille, gotta go with the Ford!
I would have said Ford immediately because of it's iconic grill and V8 engine but after further study, the Plymouth gets my vote on style alone. The grill on the Plymouth is absolutely beautiful and the side mounted spare is elegant plus the hydraulic brake system is years ahead of the mechanical brakes on the Ford.
I voted "No interest" today. Any car this old would be invisible to my eyes at a car show.

@georgeschire Gotta go with the Ford, and I agree with Tony about the “aerodynamic” Ford grill and wires. I do think the Plymouths of the ‘30’s are very classy, and the artillery wheels are a close second with me.
What Bob said.
The Ford is beautiful, but the Plymouth looks upmarket with its Chrysler reminiscent grille. Plus it's mechanically more advanced.

Bob, It does not surprise me that you're aware of the Plymouth's hydraulic brake system.I would have said Ford immediately because of it's iconic grill and V8 engine but after further study, the Plymouth gets my vote on style alone. The grill on the Plymouth is absolutely beautiful and the side mounted spare is elegant plus the hydraulic brake system is years ahead of the mechanical brakes on the Ford.
