Even though the Nash styling looks dated compared to the Hudson, there is something about the look of it that I have always liked; especially the coupe and convertible (below).  I like the grille and tail end of the later Hudson more than this early version of the drop down design ('48 vs. '52 shown below).

Hudson. It looks like the future, and it was, at least for a while.

Step-down Hudson all the way. Few cars beat it, in styling or engineering, in its heyday!

They are both really attractive postwar automobiles. The colors are great and the Hudson scheme is amazing. I think my Dad drove a postwar 1:1 Nash for a while and I have a couple of Step-Down Hudsons in 1/43 and several coupes and convertibles in 1/18. All are favorites !
