Ford. It's smaller and has cleaner lines.

I voted for the beautiful Mercury but that color on the Ford is stunning!

I like both, but I LOVE the MERCURY!  Always have!  It's those taillights that have always gravitated me to this years Mercury.  During all the years Danbury, Franklin and the other mints were giving us great 1:24's, I hoped for both of these classics, but especially the MERCURY.

I like both but a slight nod to the Mercury in this case.

Mercury.  It's all about the taillights!

The Ford is super nice, but the Mercury is just awesome.

I liked the Mercury better then.  A family friend had one, a sedan, and it really impressed me.

Normally I would have voted for the Merc, but that Ford is a beauty.  Sometimes it's all about bling.

The problem with voting for 2 cars made by the same manufacturer is that they are basically the same car other then a few subtle changes to the nose and rear.  Hard to tell from the photos since they are at different angles, but I think I like the nose of the Ford more.  The chrome around the headlights and the beefier bumper give this one the edge.

These two are pretty much the same car with some minor changes as John N already mentioned. I'm going to vote for a tie. I do believe the chrome around the headlights are non-factory.
