The exquisite and elegant Mark II !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't vote fast enough once I saw that Continental! So beautiful and restrained, especially for its decade. One of my 2 favorite 1950s American cars. The other is the 1956 Chrysler 300B.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Continental styling gets the easy win today. I never cared much for this Cadillac; especially the tail end.
I really like both but the Caddy is cooler 😎👍

Both beautiful, but Continental styling is strictly mid-50s while the Eldorado Brougham is much more late-50s modern looking so Cadillac for me today.

OMG! Sorry, I can't even begin to think of being nice on this one. The Cadillac is so extremely UGLY!!!
I mean it's really UGLY! My eyes hurt to even look at it. It almost looks like the mess Johnny Cash created for his "One Piece At A Time" song! After the drop-dead gorgeous '56 Caddy, GM just ruined the '57!
The CONTINENTAL all day, every day on this one!

Continental in this case but I have never thought either of these was that attractive.
Two favorites of mine and I happily have replicas of each of them ! Beautiful examples of late 1950's American automobile styling.
The elegant Continental Mk II all the way here.
Two very different luxury cars for 1957. The MK II is very plain and almost stark compared to the opulent style of the Brougham. I'll take the bling, thank you.
