I wouldn't pass up any of the three, but if I have a choice, CHRYSLER gets my vote...only because I owned a '63 (basically the same style) and it was such a dream to drive.  I really like the Mercury too.  The Buick seems dated in styling by this year.

Buick styling over Mercury by just a nose (love them both} and Chrysler a distant third.  If it was '63 or '65 1 and 2 would be reversed.
