Poll: Which Edsel? (2/13/2022) Requested by George Schire

I find all the Edsels interesting although I would not have bought one at the time of manufacture. For some reason, I prefer the 1959 version which looks less bulky yet seems to evolve from the 1958 version. The 1960 model looks like a re-bodied Ford. From a collector standpoint, I imagine that the 1960 is most valuable.

I'll take the original 1958. The others seem to be hedging their bets in the hopes of finding a market.

I'll go for the most Edselish of them all, the '58...but I really like the '60 as well. 

I like them in the order you showed them. '58 1st, '59 2nd. The '60 is good looking too but too much Ford in there. I'd rather have the Ford.

I agree with the most Edselish 58.

I'm with the rest for the original, the '58.  But I never considered buying one new (I was a college student then) or used.  They just didn't have the name of one of my heroes.

I like the tamer nose styling of the 59 best, then the 58 and the 60 last by a mile......those taillights are just so at odds with the rest of the car.....unbelievable.

The 58, '59 were just toooo radical for my taste but the '60 just looks better to me and I do like the '60 Ford.

58,59 and 60  A friend's father bought a 58 Citation convertible with a continental kit in red/black. The car was so garish and I loved every inch of it.

Yaaah,I’m gonna go with the crowd on this one ,58’ many didn’t care for that horse collar grill but I kinda liked it being vertical and totally different from the norm! Lol

@larry-kemling, I'm with you, Larry. But I've heard that grille referred to in less flattering terms. 😲 

The 60 for me.  Did not even know it existed.  Have never seen one.

I heard that too but I'm going with the '58 just the same.
