'57 or '59 Ford?

When these were new, I looked at them but just continued driving my 1956 Plymouth Belvedere hardtop. A buddy had a '57 very much as the one picture above, and it was nice. The '59 always seemed a bit of a clunker to me. But what did I know. . . The prettiest car at that time that I came into contact with was a '36 Cord, and I only got to look at it.
Okay, I voted for the '57. But I like the '59 too. And I really, really loved the '58. So if it was between those three years, '58 gets the nod. Moving beyond '59, I liked the '60 a lot, but only in the top models. As a Plain Jane, it didn't excite me. Same for the '61...didn't like. Loved the '63's and '64's.

I really love both of them and wouldn't turn either down, but if a choice has to be made, it would be the '57. It speaks to me a slightly stronger voice. It comes together perfectly.
My thoughts exactly....but without the connie please.
