Not just because I had one (57 B&W coupe, stone stock, no fender skirts) but because it was beautiful and took me to high school every day. '57 first then '58 then '59.

1957 followed by 1959. To me 1958 looks like a mashup.

Also, 1957 followed by 1958, then 1959. All have aged well.

To my eyes the 58 has always been "the Rose between two Thorns".  I like the dual taillight set-up in the back and I love the grill.

The 57 looks bland to me after the beautiful 56, and the 59 looks too square and boxy.  So the 57 and 59 are a tie for 2nd.

My favorite three consecutive years of Fords is '61, '62, '63.

That said, of today's choices my favorite when I was young would have been the '57, '58, '59. Mid-life would have been the'58, '57, '59. In my old age '59, '57, '58.  Strange how life changes opinions.

All alone am I with the '59, It is square and I like square.

I love them all but have to give the nod to the styling of the '57.  The '59 is a very close 2nd and the '58 right behind.

I agree with George. The 58 and the other two are a tie. Steve

If I allow sentiment to take hold it would be the '58 in the #1 slot, then '57 followed by the '59. If I bypass sentiment and consider style alone, it would be '57, 59, then '58. Today I'm going with style.

Gents, thanks for your responses!
