poll: Which Mercury? (9/28/2021)

The 51 is phenomenal . No contest IMO.

I'll go for the trimmed down more modern one piece windshield 1952 Monterey.

The '52 is nice and while it is more modern looking, I love the awesome '51, so that one gets my vote. 

I liked the '49 Mercury almost better than any other body style that year.  But by '51 it was looking old, while the new sleeker '52 was way more modern looking.  On this one I voted for the '52 MERCURY.

I'll go with the 51.  The 49, 50, 51 were just so sleek.  I guess that is why they get chopped and lowered.

Two different eras of cars.  Both gorgeous and my favorites.  No way to decide.  I would gladly park either in my garage.

One of the very few times I have voted a tie. They're different, but equally beautiful!

I voted for the 52.  I loved the 49 Mercury grille and tail lights but the minor changes to the 50 and more significant changes to those areas in 51 detracted somewhat.  The 52 and 53 Mercurys were a refreshing and needed change; they and the 55-56 remain my favorites.

I always wonder why so many think just because a car looks newer it's better in their eyes. Oh well we all see thing differently.

The '51 appears to have more substance than the '52.
